My passion for real estate and people has lead me to a career I’ve been committed to and loved for over 25 years. I recently bought two Windermere offices so I am now the Owner and Principal Broker of both
Windermere Bridgeport Realty Group and Windermere Charbonneau. I manage 40 agents while remaining the top producer at both.
My clients are loyal and appreciate and recognize my consistent superior performance. I have built my career on repeat and referral business, often selling the same home several times over, in addition to selling homes that have not been placed on the market yet. I have helped thousands of families find their dream home with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. I continue to be a valued advisor with buyers and sellers from modest homes to luxury estates.
As a native Portlander, I have a vast knowledge of the local areas and have a proven record of impacting my client’s financial success and propelling smooth transactions by applying refined management, selling and negotiating skills. I am a Platinum Member of the Masters Circle, which only 1% in nation can qualify, and am a member of the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), which is a designation that only 1% of agents in the country hold. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and also obtained my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), which has enabled me to further prove my commitment to serve the expanding 50+ population in the Portland Metro area. I am diligent in helping my buyers find the right home, whether it’s downsizing, upsizing, or rightsizing, and can offer assistance that extends far beyond buying and selling homes.
All agents donate a portion of each closing to The Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides shelter, clothes, emergency assistance, and other services to local homeless and low-income families. I give generously throughout the year, and Windermere agents have donated millions of dollars in the past few years to this organization.
As of 2016 I’m proud to be a “Grammy” to Charlie, a smart, funny, energetic little boy who quickly became the light of my life. I see him often and am blessed he lives so close.

After graduating from UC Berkeley, I spent my early career in marketing in the Silicon Valley for Steve Jobs when he founded NeXT. I stopped working when I started my family and then I began volunteer work at the Lake Oswego schools, helping in the classroom as well as holding different positions in the PTA. I also taught Art Literature for 12 years at both the elementary and Junior High level. With 3 children educated from kindergarten through graduation from LOHS, I have an extensive knowledge of the LO school system!
In 2003, when my youngest was in kindergarten, I began my real estate career here in Lake Oswego and have enjoyed the challenges and successes that have ensued. I have sold homes from North Portland to the wine country, and east to Mt. Hood. I would welcome the opportunity to put my experience to work for you!
In our first 9 years of marriage, we moved to Arizona, Maryland, Colorado and Oregon for my husband's job. All of these moves involved various ages and stages of our 3 young children. I know how hard moving is. I also know how much easier it is with a good Realtor!
As a northwest native, I’ve spent most of my life in Oregon, with the exception of a “short 18-year stint” (LOL) in the Seattle area.
I grew up in a family of six, where my siblings and I worked on our dad’s farm, learning the value of hard work. After graduating from OSU with a degree in business, I started my career in sales. This is what eventually took me up to Seattle. Having spent over 20 years selling everything from boxed chocolates to root canal supplies, I learned that what people seemed to value most was my ability to put them at ease from the start. They also appreciated the fact that I actually did what I said I was going to do!
A few years after living in Seattle, I met my future husband and father of our 2 children. Unfortunately, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away prior to the birth of our second child. This left me in a position where I needed to make some life-altering decisions. I ended up moving back to Oregon to be closer to family and to focus on being a mom.
After taking some time to heal, I did some soul-searching to figure out what I really wanted to do. What I discovered was that I’ve always had a passion for real estate. I had bought and sold a couple of homes by then, so I learned what was involved in a transaction. I eventually started doing some real estate investing, which taught me a lot. But something was missing. When thinking about my past sales jobs, the thing I missed the most were the positive connections that I developed with my customers. This lead me to get my real estate license.
I now live in Wilsonville with my husband and 2 sons, who are still in school. A few of my favorite things are listening to music, playing the piano, kayaking, taking trips to the beach or Bend, wine tasting and spending time with my family and friends.
My hard work ethic, honesty, integrity and humility that were instilled in me at an early age are the core values that I live by.
I have always had a passion for helping others by sharing what I’ve learned in hopes of making their lives a little bit easier. My pledge is to help my clients navigate the complicated process of buying or selling a home to ensure that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible, while working hard to achieve the best results!

I strive to be the best Realtor® by taking on tasks outside of my career expectations. Why? Because successful Realtors® aren’t gifted; they work hard for their clients and succeed on purpose.
I am a Realtor that goes above and beyond the call of duty during all real estate transactions. My first sold listing was a Windermere Premier property in West Linn valued at over $1,000,000 and I was able to sell it because of my hard-work and professionalism. After this transaction, I learned skills to be an effective Realtor available to remediate clients’ real estate concerns.
My passion for real estate started 10 years ago. My parents were part-time house flippers that sold properties in Idaho and Oregon. I was a part of every transaction and learn a lot about managing finances, planning remodels/home updates, and creating an effective business strategy. On the weekends, we would do outdoor activities like fishing, camping, or hiking. My love for the outdoors inspired me to work with my community to preserve local ecosystems. Before I was a Realtor, I worked as a biologist and an environmental educator. I managed projects that were taxing and constantly changing. However, I was able to be patient, friendly, and understandable to stakeholders in the field. I became a Realtor because I want to teach others the benefits of investing in their homes and communities.
The people in Oregon are amazing that is why I like giving back to my community. With each transaction, I will donate a charitable contribution to the Windermere Foundation. It is an organization that provides shelter, clothes, emergency assistance, and other service to local homeless and low-income families. I also work with local nonprofits and partner with small businesses so that our communities can flourish.
If you are planning on buying or selling real estate, contact me for a personalized professional assistance. After working with me, I have no doubt that you will recommend my service to your friends and family.
I have always had a passion for the beauty and uniqueness of the Pacific Northwest. I grew up in the Coeur d’ Alene area of Northern Idaho where I learned to appreciate fishing in clear streams and skiing in the snow-covered mountains. I acquired my work ethic by working under ground in the Silver Mines of the area.
After graduating from the University of Idaho with a Bachelors Degree in Economics I moved to Portland to accept a position at the Meier and Frank Department Store. The store was steep in Oregon’s rich tradition and history and I learned to appreciate the people and the culture through daily interaction.
After a brief stint with Fred Meyer, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. I loved the interaction with people and I managed to sell 29 homes my first 10 months in the business. I was promoted to manager of the West Linn office of TriWest properties, where I continued to list and sell single family homes while supervising an office.
It’s hard to imagine now, but mortgage interest rates soared in the late 70’s and early 80’s to over 16% per annum. I took a hiatus from the real estate business and spent the next 29 years as a manufacturer’s representative for a medical device company. The experience of working in the operating room with cutting edge technology taught me a lot about functioning under pressure.
After a long and successful career that included 12 National Sales Awards, I made the decision to come back to the practice of real estate. I believe working with critically ill patients in life and death situations has given me a unique and compassionate perspective that I use to represent my clients.
My mission is to make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth and painless as possible. Home is such a big part of the American Dream and I want everyone that I represent to enjoy their piece of that dream to the fullest.

John Cronkrite, Realtor is a member of Windermere Realty, along with his wife Traci. John is a Broker who partners with buyers and sellers of residential properties to reach their goals for finding a home that meets their dreams. Today’s market drivers are either relocations or enabling those who have a change in life circumstances that requires a change in their housing strategy. Change can be as simple as desire to leverage equity into a larger more comfortable home, or the result of changes in life and wanting to downsize.
John believes that a home is more than a structure. Homebuyers and sellers all have a common set of criteria for making a change, except all of them are unique and personal to those clients, and need to be efficiently managed with quality, care and honesty.
John is a lifelong Oregonian, who has managed to travel the world due to his executive positions with Hewlett-Packard. He can leverage the business of the corporate world, along with scars and laughs of working with startups, how to be a professional soccer parent, and how that all becomes relevant when dealing with a challenge of selling or finding a new home.
John is a graduate of Willamette University in Salem Oregon, with degrees in Economics and Social Science, and has participated in graduate training programs at Oregon State, University of Oregon and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a holder of 3 patents as a result of his out of the box thinking. And it is that type of thinking he can apply to meet your needs in real estate.

As a Project Manager in land development, she was part of a team responsible for planning, zoning, and developing over 3,000 acres of land in a large PUD, and various new residential neighborhoods. All these experiences contribute to her extensive understanding of the development and construction process and vision for the potential of each individual property.
Growing up in a family that has been active in real estate development, architecture, interior design, and construction for at least five generations means that Sharon’s interest and understanding of real estate and construction started early. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Interior Design from Portland Community College, as well as a BA in Vocal Music from Pacific Lutheran University.

Through her business growth and numerous personal moves, Sharon has a unique perspective and appreciation for the realities of relocating, building a new community, and putting down roots. She believes that the work she does is not about her; its about the communities, neighborhoods and individuals whose lives her work touches.
A love of family and Oregon has drawn me back to the state where I was born. Hiking and skiing are passions that I easily indulge in while living in the Portland area. My move to the Tigard from Colorado has brought me back home. I was born and raised in Central Oregon.
Being a military wife for 15 years and moving every 3 years has given me a very good perspective on buying a home. Moving to Portland and buying a home as a single woman opened my eyes to some of the problems a single person navigating the real estate market alone can have.
I have worked in real estate since 1996. I started as an assistant and worked into office management. In 2000 I started my own independent business as a real estate assistant. After working with up to 25 brokers over a 7 year period, I decided in 2007 to obtain my real estate Broker’s license and put all this experience to work for me.
This diverse experience has given me the unique background and ability to empathize with my clients and to understand a transaction from beginning to end.
As a Realtor, I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and adhere to their standards of ethics and business practice. I have completed certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert.
My Mission is to build my business and my reputation upon the foundation of knowledge, honesty, integrity and dedicated loyal service to my clients. I work consistently toward long term relationships as a real estate professional that will build a tradition of trust. This tradition will be built within a framework of laughter and enjoying every moment of life to its fullest.
I have over 25 years experience of assisting buyers and sellers in the Portland metropolitan area with their real estate needs and over 95% of my business is repeat customers and referrals.
As a Portland native, I love sharing my knowledge of the unique characteristics of the city and neighborhoods. Approximately 75% of my business is in the Portland eastside area.
I have lived in Lake Oswego for the past 32 years, gleaning knowledge of it’s neighborhoods and amenities. What I love most is its great small town atmosphere and close proximity to Portland.
I have collected an excellent team of dedicated and reliable professional contractors and inspectors to help prep your home for sale and inspect and make repairs to your future home. Also, an experienced team of lenders and title officers to make every transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible.
